Usage and error monitoring
We use first-party monitoring to understand which parts of GetAppRank are useful and to find website errors. Monitoring data stays on our server and is available to authorized administrators.
We record recognized page and dashboard-section names, visit times, engagement, and the referring website’s hostname. A random visit identifier groups activity until 30 minutes of inactivity. When you are signed in, activity can be associated with your account so we can provide support.
Monitoring does not collect form contents, passwords, URL query strings, full referring URLs, or raw IP addresses. Error reports are filtered to reduce sensitive information. Reports cover a 90-day window and older monitoring records are deleted incrementally. Account records, rank history, and administrator change logs are separate.
Our browser collector respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can also switch it off for this browser below. Operational server error logging continues so we can keep the service working.
